DOULA & BIRTH PHOTOGRAPHER
Birth photography and being a doula isn't my job - it's my life.
For three decades, I've been invited into the most sacred spaces on earth. Not simply to document birth, but to protect it. To witness it. To hold space when words aren't needed. The camera has never been the most important part of my work - it's simply an extension of my hand.
I travel around the world, capturing the strength of women giving birth.

Birth doesn't care about perfection. It's real.
Birth strips everything away until only what truly matters remains: strength, vulnerability, love, instinct and connection.
After witnessing hundreds of births, I've learned that the lines on our faces tell stories worth celebrating. I've learned that our bodies are extraordinary, and that presence is far more powerful than perfection.
Workshops
Every summer, I welcome doulas, midwives, photographers, and birth enthusiasts from around the world into my home in Isfjorden, Norway. My favourite time of the year!
I also offer one-day workshops and speaking engagements for conferences, events, and birth professionals around the world.
